Shun vs Shun Premier

I'm looking for a new Shun knife and I'm wondering, what is the difference between Shun and the new Premier Line?

As far as I can tell, the main difference is the cladding finish. The premier has a hammered textured, mirror polished finish...the classic has a Damascus, frosty polish finish.
