My feet are soft and full of red fluid. the new guy in the dojo was throwing as hard and fast as he could. He didnt stick any in the target, but managed to bounce one back into my instep.
It didnt hurt, but it bled like a flim flam kazaam!

Hmphffft! Not nearly as impressive as dropping a large khuk onto your toes when you're holding it and drop off too sleep causing a need for
stitches.:p :D ;)

Did you talk too the Lord about it DIJ? :p

I would've. :p  ;)

;)

No, I didnt think it hurt me at first. I knew it hit me, but it didnt hurt, so I thought it just glanced. I was teasing the guy, saying "look blood!"
I touched my tabi (japanese split toed socks) and lo and behold, it was WET.
They are blue/black so its hard to see.
It was wet with blood.
No joke.
It was fine, I just considered it another Budo experience. His eyes got big and he apologized and put the bandage on my foot.

However, his monkeyness didnt stop throwing the damn shuriken too fast and too hard!

Glad you were lucky and didn't lose a toe. The only time I've ever seen a shuriken used efficiently was for separating slices of pizza. :D

YOWTCH. Glad you didn't lose an ear or something, Danny.

Ninja training has to be dangerous by definition... I just pictured the Ninja school in the James Bond movie, "You Only Live Twice."

I once saw an X-acto knife roll off a drafting table and stick- STICK- into the top of this guys shoe/foot... no screams, but a lot of cussing/blood.

I was hit by a loose cargo chain, working on a ship (I was engine ingeneer), the last link stuck in my leg by shin. Oh man at first I just pulled it out and went after my buissnes, but after while I realised, that my boot is full of blood.

Email sent on the big toe. I'm paypalling your account $3.47.:D

Seriously, ouch, man!
