SI is back!!!

I just got my SAK Standard Issue back, and holy cow did I miss this knife!!! About a year ago, I gave it to my now mother-in-law, as she is a knife collector. Used to be I could go to the store and buy me an alox SAK whenever I wanted. Not anymore. I gave my wife one. Then handed mine to my mother-in-law, and ended up empty handed, as they stopped selling them near me. Well, I traded her a few other saks, including a tinker, for my old Alox Wenger SI, and now I have it back! DAMN I missed this knife!! Alox SAKS friggin rule!!!

Your mother-in-law sounds as if she is like one extra cool LADY! You are a lucky fellow! And of coarse the SI is one of the best by far.! Glad you got it back my friend.. Merry Christmas :thumbup:

Wenger SI or Victorinox Soldier.. I have both & cannot tell a difference in either! They both take a Keen edge but, the other Wenger's I have do not seem to take as keen an edge as Victorinox does.
