sick of easy throws...

I am in a rut lately.. I feel like I need to always try and keep a flowing momentum between each throw, including the way I'd pick up and throw knives/spikes/swords off the ground. I love that finally after a few years I have my bo-shuriken 1/4 spin and no spins down as well as the combat style throws I picked up from Ralph Thorn's book. The problem is I feel basics are being lost trying to always stick throws from hard positions and with little footing at times.. I enjoy the challenge this style of training has but wonder if anyone can give their 2 cents on ways you can compartmentalize non-stop throwing with as many knives as in hand and on the ground so as to not be off balance so often (even when your position is shifting from a squat to stand when picking knives up)? The other throws I've been challenged with are preset knife # speed throws with more than three bo shurikens and for the most part any more than two misc knives... Any techniques or maneuvers for being able to throw, feed, throw knives in either shuriken and combat style throws? I have been working on combining the two styles with parkour moves too so I have no bar on acrobatic throwing..

That guy is pro at what you may be looking for.

Otherwise, I'd look into sheaths to draw from

thank you so much.. this is exactly what I am asking about for the fixed number speed throws.. his set up looks so much like mine (even the color i used this year). the sheath idea is good too; i assume ill have to adapt, modify, combine, mix n match a lot of throwing drills to be able to make the flow work with sheaths while in constant movement.. not to mention the fundamentals of the individual throws which has to be said is flawless in this guy's style.. thanks for the input.
