Sifu blade grind ??

each blade is hand ground, as they do not have tooling yet to machine grind them (it's being built). So, quite possibly, these could be the only hand ground Sifu's available.

Can we get some more info on the type of grind, angles and recommended sharpening for the Sifu?
It helps pass the time awaiting
