I posted both here and in General to cover more ground..

Just got a BF Sifu {thanks Kevin} the otherday and I have a few ??..

First:
Will WD40 or Lithium lube hurt the teflon? disks the blade rides on?

Second:
While the knife carries well and goes unfelt throughout the day it is very hard to access due to clip pressure.Has anyone Mod'd the clip to work better?

Last:
Im thinking a breakfront sheath will be a good thing..something that will allow the knife to brought into action with a forward motion..Ive seen Jim March's homemade sheath...Any others out there?

P.S. Jim you were correct on the spring pressure.Gonna find a another soon.

I can't recall that thread

.

Anyways. The design I did is pretty good. I tied the forward beltloop string sorta loose so that the pommel droops down even further, the grip rests at about a 45deg angle. That allows a nice "up and forward" draw. And since all it really is is a single rectangle of kydex that's drilled only after shaping, it's a really easy pattern.
