OP, are you new to shooting or an old hand that shoots revolvers often? If you shoot mostly semi-auto pistols, then I would suggest not getting the P250. It has a very smooth DAO trigger pull, best that I have ever tried on any semi-auto, but there are better triggers out there. There is no stacking at all on the trigger pull, a very nice DAO pull. If you shoot or have shot a lot of DA revolvers, then the P250 is a pretty nice transition from the revolver to semi-auto due to the similar trigger pulls. The P250 is a very accurate pistol too, and with the various grip frames, you should be able to get the pistol to fit great in your hand. I will say that the P250 is a chunky gun. It handles recoil very well.
