Sig and Avatar

I recently got my gold membership and i cant seem to find where you create a sig for under my post and also how do i select an avatar?

You need an appropriate size picture of you choice (The maximum size of your custom image is 120 by 120 pixels or 9.8 KB (whichever is smaller). and either upload it from a hosting site or your computer.

Same as above (The maximum size of your custom image is 500 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
