Signatures??

Hey, all.
I just found my old username (alex_111), and I want to create a signature so that I can say "Previously known as..." or some such nonsense.

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to add a freakin' signature! Last time I did it was in 2000, when I first registered.

I wish I hadn't lost my original info and re-registered, cause I'd have ~1000 posts! Dammit!

you can make a signature, but you have to be a paying member to have it displayed.

I should have been more diligent about getting my old name back, then... I would've been grandfathered in!

That is the case with avatars chosen back then, I believe, but not with signatures.

Basic Membership is only $10 a year now, and that gets you a cool sig, a cool avatar, the cool abilities to upload pix directly to the Bladeforums servers and send and receive Private Messages -- and admission to the fabulously cool Pirate's Cove....

A subscription to a knife magazine would cost more than that and Bladeforums gives you much more opportunity to waste time^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H access to much more information than 12 issues of a knife magazine....
