SIgSauer knives

Has anyone handled the new sig sauer knives or know who is making them. They look good, but what do you experts here think?

It says in the add that a Seki company is making it for them. It looks good to me. I don't know if this means anything, but if you look at the butt end, you'll see that the hole has a spyderco looking screw-thingy there.
