Silver pivot and stabilizer screws for ZT 0560?

I just got a new ZT 0560 and I really love it, however, I really like the look of the xm-18's silver hardware. I've seen similar posts on the forum talking about the body screws, which I found to be #6-32 and 3/16" long (a very easy screw to find online). I'm having a really hard time finding a screw for the pivot though, because of it's extremely fine threading (#6-64 and 3/16" long from what I can tell), all I have found so far is a blackened version which does me no good.

As for the stabilizer screw, it seems to be a #2-56 and

Has anyone done this themselves or know where to find these screws?
 
I considered sanding them, but I wasn't sure if it would strip the heads. I hadn't considered using a paint stripper though, I might try that. Thanks
 
You can also chuck the screws into a drill and spin it while applying fine sandpaper and then polishing compound on a cloth.
