In my country we call these spacers silver-tin. Is that an alloy made of tin and silver? If so, how many percent silver is mixed into this alloy?

You'd probably have better luck asking the smelter for details on the alloys used. My eyes are not XRF compatible.

If it's anything like "nickel silver", also used in knifemaking, then it has no silver content at all. Sometimes the word "silver" is used to describe the color, as opposed to the metallurgy.

Nickel silver is actually a form of brass, but it's silver in color.

Sounds like a good marketing ploy.
