I've been looking at getting a quality fixed blade for edc and came across this knife... anyone have experience with this knife or maker?

I don't have a Simonich, but I've heard many good things about that maker and his knives from my collector friends.

I wouldn't hesitate to pick one up, should the opportunity arise.

And ... Merry Christmas. :)

Hi Nathan,

I have several of the Crowfoots in S30V, it was my pleasure to deal with Rob Simonich several times before his untimely passing.

The Crowfoot is a great little blade, I carry it as a neck knife most of the time. Easy to handle, outstanding slicer and dicer it will take a razor edge. The DLC coating is bullet proof.

Mine has been all over North America and South America, hunting, fishing, hiking and the office.

I can't say enough good things about this knife. I have 4 or 5 of Rob's knives and the Crowfoot is a favorite.

Buy it...you'll like it!

Merry Christmas

Steve
