Simonich Mid-Tech Raven?

I recently purchased a Mid-Tech Raven, and it's enroute to my house right now(it better be). I couldn't afford the real deal right now, and I was wondering what kind of difference there is between the Mid-Tech semi-production line, and his regular Ravens. Does anyone have a Mid-Tech, and what do you think about it?

Midtech Raven's are awesome! Rob has said many times that he cannot outgrind a multi-hundred thousand dollar machine. You'll be very happy with it!

I read the article on that knife in Blade magazine and damn that sure seems like a great fixed blade. To bad it's so expencive but i'm sure it's well worth the money

today should be the day I get my knives. As usual, I can hardly wait like a little kid at christmas.

I also got a Zambezi and a Peace Keeper coming with the Mid-Tech. I should be satisfied for a couple of weeks.

Hankins -- you make some pretty nice looking knives yourself! I checked out your website, but it was tough to navigate. Have you considered getting a domain name and setting up your own site? I know some programmers, and e-commerce programs that are great. (And no, I'm not a salesperson.)
