Why yes...or why no?

Does it leave an undesired rubber deposit?

Thanks,

If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving isn't for you.

i use them with handle stuff and higher grits to clean the belts out. With the 3M 977 hoggers, i don't bother because it is hard to get those suckers clogged, but I do use with from about 220 grit on up and whenever I do handle materail sanding. YOu can get them for around $4 from harbor freight for a big block.

I use them on all my sanders- and they really help. And the old sneaker is the best priced cleaner available.
