Simple sheath for Dog Soldier

Something simple that doesnt cost a lot. Nylon or some other synthetic material if possible. Any recommendations?

I'm thinking I will keep mine in a Spec Ops sheath. I think they have a sale going on right now, fwiw.

Yeah, don't get me wrong, I'd much prefer custom kydex to a Spec Ops., but I have a Spec Ops. just sitting here at the moment, and it does check all of the OP's boxes. (He specifically mentioned nylon.)

But for more money, and possibly the cost of shipping your knife to a maker, you certainly can get a great sheath from Azwelke, David Brown, etc. If I love my Dog Soldier I will upgrade the sheath at some point.
 
I would snag one from Dave Brown when he makes them, once they are on to OP2W #3 it might be hard to find a good kydex sheath

Agreed. For a "one size fits most" solution, the spec-ops sheath offers a lot of value. I've considered getting one for just that reason.......and from what I've found, it's the best thing going for a nylon sheath for no specific knife.

I use SpecOps and custom kydex. For "cheap and universal" I don't think a better option exists than the SpecOps Modular.
 
There's a bunch of Kabar leather sheaths that would fit it I'm sure. I'd say 75% of my fixed blades sheaths are from kabar. Incredibly cheap qnd WELL made. Every Busse kin I have have a Kabar leather sheath that fits it perfectly.
 
I've got several of the Spec Ops sheaths and have been very happy with them, though I do miss the Survival sheath vs the Combat Master though its nice as well. My Mole Jack rides in my only survival sheath, the other two hold the BAe and various similar blades.
