Simple stone wash

Hey guys I just received a few silver deep carry pocket clips for my benchmade mini grips and north fork. I would like to do a stone wash on them. I would like it to be as simple as possible. I don't want to do a chemistry project here. Just something simple would be nice if possible of course.

Any information helps.

If you just want to do a stone wash, you can gather some small rocks, toss them in a plastic bottle with a little water and a drop of dish soap, toss your clip in and shake until you get the desired effect.
