I was takin some pics this morning and grabbed a couple sebs that i carry off my desk.

I like clean stuff...theres nuthin on my Harley's thats not needed and thats the way i like my blades.

How can anyone not appreciate the CRKs for there simplicity in a proven tool that works....IMO perfection.

No need for bells and whistles. ;)

I agree 100%. CRK knives, Glock 9mm, Steak and potato dinner. The simpler the better.

Nice pics! I always preferred the Classic myself.

Why thank you for the compliment :) and may i add that it's very big of a man of your stature to take the time to visit us little guys here. :)

As you know, the classic is my favorite model but i have grown to really like the flat grind model.

Which of the grinds do you prefer cutting with, Mark?

I had a flat ground blade myself for a little while and thought that it was the better for slicing, but I foolishly gave it away :grumpy:

Showoff with your flat grind Sebenza!:D Very nice and agree. Simplicity means less that can go wrong!

I too find the unembellished Sebenza's the most desirable variants; maybe CRK will introduce a smooth slab Umnumzaan at Shot Show then I'd give that some consideration as well.

i agree with you mark. i realized last monday that i have nice knives but none are as good as a sebenza. and that if i want one i just gotta get it. nice flat ground sebbie as well. also do you like yours with or without inlays? assuming by this thread i would think not.

Very nice looking knives Mark.Plain and simple with a lot of class.

Is the signed Regular an le or a 1 of?

You should have kept it :)

I'm not totally convinced about the flat grind being a better cutter...I have always been a fan of the hollow grind and my buddy John Barker has made me some incredible hollow grind fixed blades.

Although LaBella and i went our different ways, he and i used to have some lengthy conversations about knives and he convinced me to be more open minded about the flat grind.

I would like to see CRK add a flat grind as an option to the stable.

The CRK flat grind pictured here is also BG42...i have a pritty fat collection of classic sebs ....Not many inlayed...not because i don't like them...i think they and the graphics are awesome...back in the day i just concentrated my collecting on the older stuff.

Although it's not a Reeve this flat grind is one of a few of my edc and it's one hell of a slicer.
