Did Someone Say I Need A Shave Znd A Haircut? Weelll I Don't Know If'n My Shave's Gonna Be This Good But My Hair's Gonna Be Cut By The Same "barber Named Ginny.
This Is Me All Haircutted And Stuff Like Years Ago. Now I Hardly Have The Strength To Hold My Arn Up Long Enough To Shave. It's A Heavy Arm, Loaded With Layers Of Muscle Upon Muscle And A Teensy Bit Of Fat I Suppose, But Woo Mama I Yam A Sexy Sheep!!! Yes? Id You Disagree, Don't Say So. Do me a favor though while Judy is there make sure that your email is working. I still haven't heard back from the email I sent you.

I'm on it, Phil. It is on my list. BTW, when the Apple Store reconfigured VG's Mac, the guy put the latest software version on it (for free). I think it is Tiger, version 10.4.X...... So he should be using the same as you. I'll get his Mail working. If not, there is an online site he can go to for email.

I can always get VG a Gmail account, just let me know?
 
His surfbest account will work. He can log in at their site and they have an entire email setup which will work just fine, I think. I did check and your email is there, along with the email I had sent him. So his email address is working fine. It just might be the configuration on his computer. Tech support walked me through setting it up 2 weeks ago, but I could have mistyped something.

If necessary, I'll call tech support again if I can't get Mail to receive messages. He'll be able to receive email this weekend - one way or another. Same email address.

If he can't receive email a PM should work -- he won't get email notification but he'll see it next time he logs on to Bladeforums.

I got an PM from VG before and I sent him a little tutorial on how to post pics from his desktop.

Here's what I said:

Okay Dave, let me walk you through on how to post pics on a BFC thread.

I assume you have the pics you want to post on your computer, on your desktop would be best.
On the thread that you want to post to. down near the bottom of the page you're going to see a blue button POST REPLY, click on that button.
On the next screen with the message field, under that you're going to see two buttons, Post Quick Reply and Go Advanced. Click on the GO ADVANCED button.
On this screen, down below the message screen your going to see ADDITIONAL OPTIONS, under that you'll see ATTACH FILES, click on MANAGE ATTACHMENTS.
On this screen the top box is UPLOAD FILE FROM YOUR COMPUTER, click on CHOOSE FILE. From there choose the file from your desktop and click CHOOSE.
Back to the Manage Attachments window click on UPLOAD.

That's it, you should be in business.

NP, buckman, glad I could help.

Although VG may have forgot how to post pics after two years. There was a time that VG was taking HTML courses and he did put up and maintain his own website. He also was the guy that showed me how to link my signature to my album site.

Ain't it cool having him back here and posting? :thumbup:
 
yea its good to see his posts , i just recently joined and i cant decipher all of it but i should be able to pick it up shortly
and i think its great everything judy had done for him like someone else mentioned i am sure she has soome good karma coming her way :thumbup:
now if i can just get her to come here every couple of months to help out :D
