I'm looking for a single bladed slipjoint with natural handle for less than $60, any ideas? Intended uses: apple peeling and whittling on the back porch. Thanks for your help, I've seen many I've liked the looks of (case, etc) but they always seem to have multiple blades.

Google "Slimline Trapper" "Small Texas Toothpick" or "Mini Copperlock"

Case offers all three well below your cap.

Great Eastern also has their #48 Dogleg Trapper pattern in a single blade version. The regular ones with bone scales are just a little above your limit, but there are also the EDC ones that have a slight cosmetic defect. Those are available under $60. You can't go wrong with a Queen in D2 either. Once you get it sharp, it holds the edge for quite a while.
