single edged Pentagon?

found this picture on Russian knife forum. The guy that posted it said it is single-edged, thus legal in Russia.
Is that a new special edition coming?

A single edged Pentagon is like having a shower wearing a raincoat. Serrated one side and edged the other leaves a huge range of things to cut. My wife often absconds with it.
