I have a Fenix L1P which is a single function 1W LED, IM looking for something similar. I want a simple 1AA light around 40-50 lumens with single function. Is there some thing our there like it.

The Tactical Quark would probably work for you. You have 2 settings that you set (one for tight bezel and one for loose bezel).

I second the quark tactical. Though it has two programmable modes, you can set it up to your preferred brightness when the head is tightened down it will be essentially what you're looking for. And you'll have the benefit of a different output when the head is slightly loosened when needed.
