I have a single lug 21 and was wondering if and where I could get a double lug for it.

You can send it in to CRK for double lugs. $35 plus around $15 for shipping. If you do send it in, might aswell buy some CRK lube too and have em ship it back with your knife

Like RR84 said... let CRK do it for you. They've done all of my conversions. Their turnaround time varies, but it's not unreasonable. The lugs are a press fit and they are easily able to remove the single and add the double lugs.
