Those are two cool watches you've got. Here is my favorite Sinn model, the 103 in stainless steel on a leather strap. I just wish they would go with a brushed finish rather than highly polished on the case and pushpieces.
The 656 and 756 models would be my absolute Sinn favorites if the company would just slightly increase the size to 42mm or larger.

The 2 Sinns you have are some of my favorites of theirs, very clean and legible, I like the EZM 1 and 3 too. I am a long time fan of Sinn, but lately it's Panerai that is grabbing my attention, and heart, but man they aren't cheap!
