Sinus clearing Chicken

take and mix in a bowl equal portions brown mustard, horse radish sauce, best foods mayo. Put chicken in a baking pan (I used thighs), coat heavily with sauce, and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Dang this stuff is good, but have to have a snot rag handy to blow the schnoz.

Just get some real mans horse radish or english ass kicking mustard, either one will kick the snot out of you.
