I see no evidence of rivets or other means of securing the handle pieces to the tang on the Sheffield knife. Maybe they are there and just do not show up in the photos. If they didn't use that technique how did they do it?

Finn, there are no rivets anywhere on any of the 3 knives shown, but there is a finial on the buttcap. The tang may go all the way thru and is welded there and hidden by the finial or the handles are attched on a flat tang. They all have no evidence of welding and the joints are just faint lines. Well done.
