Width, Spine Thickness (top to bottom)

Couldn't find this information anywhere else.

Sirupate is a design style, not a specific khukri, with a thinner lighter blade that is not so wide as other types.

Yeah, it depends on the length, kami who made it, how they were feeling that day, etc.

They average around 5/16", but I have seen big boys come in at nearly 3/8" and super light ones at about 1/4".

Blade height really varies. Generally 2-2.5" give or take.

Some Sirupate look thin. Some look fat comparatively.

I want a thinner light weight one. I wanted to know the dimensions. I don't want one extra thin one which is prone to getting damaged.

Dimensions of what blade? They are all different. You'd have to look at specific khukris to find out what the dimensions are. None seem to be thin enough to be damage prone, not unless you plan to seriously abuse it.
What size blade are you looking for? The one above for instance has a 12" blade thats 1.75" wide, 5.9mm at the thickest point, 17" overall and weighs 429g.

Looking for something between 12-18 inches for self defense purpose. Weight should be around 500 grams.

Who is the maker?

Check out Kailash Blades in the hosted knife makers forum here on BladeForums. They make some nice Khukuri's and they are oil quenched which as well is better overall. They will make a nice Sirupate for you I'm sure and you can chat with them also on your build.
