Well I gave my G.I. Joe brother -in-law a Buck Sirus to use

while he was flying helicopters in the sand pile. He sent some pic's

today so thought I would share.
He said that he wears this Buck everyday.

I hope that Buck..keeps him in "good luck" & in the air. I appreciate him & his serving his country, let him know "Many Thanks" from me.

Nice pictures Hawkeye. Pass along my thanks and best wishes to your GI Joe as well. I bet he didn't realize that when he received a Buck knife, he also became part of our Buck family.

Jeff,

I love the photo of that Buck in action! Tell him thank you from the Burton clan, keep his head down, and stay safe.

I spent Christmas, 1968, in Southeast Asia, and on Christmas Eve, we had a KC-97 land on the island with the a whole plane load of Christmas Trees headed for Vietnam. They gave us one, even though we were a couple hours from Saigon. Also, an aircraft from the Washington National Guard landed and gave us a case of Washington State apples. We decorated our tree with safety wire and nuts and bolts and washers--that was all we had--and sat around and ate our apples. What really made the night memorable for me was it was also my 21st. birthday.

Well, that's my Christmas story. Best wishes to your Brother-in-law.

Great pics Hawkeye, Merry Chistmas to him and all our oversees fighters:thumbup:

Great pictures. I really like the Sirus. I've been using the one I won on 110 Dave's BF give-away. It's a handy one-hand opener.

Just a reminder to everyone that the Buck web specials page still has some nice inexpensive build-outs.

J.B. Thanks I pass it along to him.

Jack ,,Thanks for the Christmas story . Yes we had his Christmas party with him
before he left this time.End of October. He is serving his 3rd tour over there.

Imfritz , Thanks will pass it on to him.

I am guessing that the knife is all American on the side not shown, or does it have to be neutral/camo.....

It's All American Craig. Don't know why we did not get both sides but at least we got a picture.
