Just recieved news that my Machax has reached its first stop. I sent my newly ordered Machax directly to Clich to have him re-create his magic on my 4. All I can say is I cant freakin wait !!!!! I plan on getting a nice Kydex rig for her, and eventually get some handles too. Ill be sure to post the pics soon as i get it back to the west coast. And next on the list is definetley the red headed step-child of the 1095 family the Potbelly (thanks to C-_tanner ). If anyone has pics of their 4 in kydex, or with handles post a pic.
 
You should consult Bladite, Azwelke, and TommyTheWho, Bladite has an Azwelke Kydex sheath, and TommyTheWho put black and purple wood laminate scales on a machax and called it Batmans best friend.
 
I'm strongle considering Al's kydex just wanted to see if anyone else has taken the plunge and got kydex on their 4's
 
Hmm, I think I was wrong on the scales, it was jim62, not TommyTheWho, sorry if I stepped on toes with that :foot:.
 
I think Clich has an Azwelke sheath for his. He posted pics not too long ago. They're nice, but man they are not cheap.
 
Yup I got one. Nice sheath. Once you break in the snap retention strap it works beautifully. Oh I also have two machaxen now. Weird. Dual wield! I feel like I'm forgetting something. Oh well, fear me and my two bk4s!

Send Godspeed a message. I bet he can put put one together just as nice and probably save you some green.
 
I was trying to decide between an Azwelke Pancake and a Skystorm Dangler. I've heard the Azwelke pancake hurts, but is pretty fun, but the Dangler would just make me feel dirty. I knew a girl that got a Dangler from Sky once and nobody talked to her after that.
 
I spoke with Godspeed about the sheath already for the 4. He said he is working on it. I specifically asked him for it to work with the jungals MOLLE platform (both from the stock sheath and the optional front panel). I'll post news if Godspeed doesn't chime in.
 
AZ Welke can do nearly any color you might fancy. good stuff.
 
The machax is much much smaller than I expected it to be from the pictures. Slightly disappointing to me, but I'm sure the thing works like a b.a. anyway.

I hope yours turns out nice.
