I am not receiving email communications from the site. I was not receiving the secondary verification codes for awhile and now I am not receiving email notifications about messages or post updates. Please help!

What device are you using to access the site? iPhone, Android, PC,
What operating system
What browser
Which email service do you use?

Also see the many similar posts in this forum for more background information.

I just saw the previous posts. I use Hotmail. All my accounts are Microsoft as far as emails. Is there a solution? It seems like no solution has been posted that I can find.

The last I saw is that Spark Spark is working the problem. No ETA because dealing with the big email companies is not easy or straight forward.
Microsoft owns Hotmail. And we all know how obliging and timely Microsoft is about responding to customer issues. (sarcasm emoji goes here.)

Another hotmail user here. iPhone and desk top both not working. White listed bladeforums as well. No codes received. I signed up with this account just to get a response from anyone.

Spark has not had success telling Microsoft to accept emails from BF. (Unsurprising. MS's unresponsiveness to common users is well known.)
The only workaround I can suggest is to switch to an alternate email account on another provider. I don't have BF set up to notify me about anything, so I cannot speak from experience, but I understand that Yahoo is not giving anyone problems. And that's a free account.

I would but I can’t pay another 30.00 to be able to DM people if I already paid that for the other account. Is there a plugin for Google 2FA use? Maybe switch to non email based 2FA if you are having issues keeping paying customers on your platform?

The site already supports app based 2fa. Check under your security settings when you get access again. Also copy your backup codes. They are one use access codes, so store them securely.
