Site navigation: Possible to return links to bottom of thread pages?

I do not know the correct tech terminology but I will try to describe my issue clearly.

There are links that show user location on the site. They are at the top and bottom of subforum pages but only at the top of thread pages. This necessitates hitting the "top" button to navigate out to the subforum upon reaching the bottom of a page. It is obviously not the end of the world but annoying enough in operation on a phone that I thought I'd mention it. I believe that the navigational links used to be at the top and bottom of pages within threads. Is it possible to restore that feature of the layout?

Attached image 1 shows the links at the bottom of the subforum page, image 2 shows their absence within a thread page.

Bladeforums has been having a lot of technical problems. Spark disabled some functions to reduce stress on the system. Links were one and Quick Reply another.
