Bladeforums has been running slow for some reason the last few days. Give posts some time to show up. Don't re-post thinking it didn't go in. Best way to deal with it after making a post is to just back-click and look at the next thread of interest. When you refresh or go back, the post will likely be there.

We moderators can delete double posts or double threads. Just mark them "Please Delete".

Anytime a person makes a post they want to delete, just click the tab "delete Post" which is at the bottom below your signature line. Delete it and it will go away. (I think all the users can delete a post they made, but it may only be on my moderator screen).
That's only for Moderators Stacy:thumbsup:

Well, we can edit and I was thinking a post could be deleted also. Maybe not, let's call this a test.

Nope, no way to delete, only edit. Even the "more options" button only gives edit privileges, and preview and the "watch thread" options. I guess it was some other forums I was thinking about.

I can edit but not delete.

stacy - if the site is running slow, it might have been hacked (and cycles are being used for some nefarious purpose), or you are on a shared server and some other site on the same server is loading up the processor and reducing your access to cycles. The IT folks should be able to diagnose...

Well , it fool me three times :D not again..........works if you click once to send post and then wait a few seconds ,close that window and open another one :p
