I have just finished updating my website. I think everyone will enjoy my section with old balisong catalogs.

Let me know what you think.

For now I'm following policy of most other major martial arts equipment suppliers such as Century or Asian World of Martial Arts.

You might have the right idea with the waiver, but I can't take any chances.

>>I have just finished updating my website.

How frustrating, when I go to click on your thumb size photos, to see a big version of it, nothing happens! I guess it's still a work in progress, thanks, JohnR7

If your referring to the for sale section of my website click on the button marked more information and a larger picture will appear.

I am aware that the pictures are not of high quality, but I'm working to fix that.

I hate the work it takes to get a good image.

The problem with California, according to Levine, is they tend to stack the deck in their favor. They well take a BalisongKnife case to court, if they think the person is stupid enough they can win it. But if it looks like there is any chance they will lose the case, then they drop charges. That way, the court precedent is in favor of anti balisong because any court decision that could go pro balisong get's droped by the state, before the precedent could be established.

In general, across the board and across the boarders, balisong knives cases in court runs about 50 - 50 they can go either way. That is why we need to take this up before the Federal court like James Taylor did when he was importing the Japan knives. Because the court found in Taylor's favor on that. It's just that Customs ignored the court ruling and went right on confiscating them.

So rather then to continue to mess with Customs, they started to import the parts and assemble them here in this country. Which means the nicer collectable knives just don't get imported anymore. Just the cheap, garbage ones, that they can sell lots of. Us collects get screwed because of customs. That is why I want to take this back into the Federal Court System, but everyone here just want to complain about it and no one seems to want to actually do anything about it. Thanks, JohnR7

Oh, ok, thanks, that helps, a bigger photo does come up then

Yep, it's a lot of work. I would like to be able to put $1000 into a camera to take photo of the knives with. But I just don't make enough that I would even be able to cover my investment. But I keep hoping someday I can afford to get a nice digital camera

There is no way I could do it with a 35 MM camera, I would be doing nothing but running back and forth getting my film developed and making adjustments to try and get a good photo.

It's esp. difficult with Balisongs because the blade and the handle reflect light different and thus photo graph different. Thanks, JohnR7

YEAH!!!

It looks like Benchmade is going to approve me as an authorized dealer.

My website will be expanding to carry their full line.

I also have a martial arts school that I run a retail shop out of.

I'M SO HAPPY!!!
