Dear Buck-crowd,

I just wanted to tell you the outstanding generosity of Mr. sitflyer (Duane). He sent me a great looking and restored Buck 112 as a gift. It´s a great knife.

Please follow the link below to see that great knife with pics and a little story!

I also wanted to share this here in Buck-subforum. It´s directly Buck related, so I think that´s ok.

And on another way telling the great guy, Duane a great "Thank You, Sir!"

:)

Awesome work Sit,

That 112 has a golden eye! So sweet it is:thumbup:

Better than Santa himself. That's a great gift. The 112 is a great all around lockback, and one rides on my belt about every day. That is some beautiful woodgrain on yours. Congrats.

Congratulations Uncle Andi...that knife is beautiful!!

Thank you sitflyer for doing that!!:thumbup::thumbup:

Thanks for the kind words, fellows!

I got it as an EDC today... there was a mass of snowfall ... not-so-good-pic....

:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup: Totally agree with the comments regarding Duane!!!!

That is a chilly scene of winter Humppa. Christmas-like. Now where is my sled/tube?

That gorgeous NS 112 looks like it fits your hand, like a glove, in the pic from the original thread.

May you live a thousand years Sitflyer. You are priceless.

Thanks for your comments, fellas :)

Oregon - that winter scene is horrible ;) Pure chaos on the streets (germans can´t drive a car when two inch of snow are falling  )

The nickel silver makes a great appeal to the whole knife in combination with the stunning wood. That´s a perfect work! And Duane is a very great guy :)
