Nice offering today... Rare Sher Attitude for 100. NICE!
Awesome CAK too.

Great day for sharks.

Sigh....maybe my tin chirra is at post office so i can try to put the CAK out of mind.....maybe.....

The attitude is an amazing blade.
Looks of a fighter, but performs like any of his more bellied Kukri brothers of similar size and weight.

16" cak ems

I have been saving for the Magnum, but i just cant resist. This looks more functional anyway. Maybe ill raise enough to grab up the bigun after all. Ill just sell some of the wifes jewlery

Oh my, that Attitude knife sure is a beauty. It's singing to me like a songbird, but for some reason I can't quite picture it in my hand. Guess I'll let this one go and wait for another KLVUK or a Thamar Yek/Tin chirra to work on the trifecta...This hurts to let go though. Congrats to whoever takes this baby home!

EMS on 19 1/4" Balance Knife by Nabin Rai.

Got the Done Deal. This is my first by Nabin Rai Kami. I've been wanting one of his with the head carved on the handle. This is a nice long one and at a great price.

Man, love that Kothimoda! I'll get one one soon enough. Just have to financially survive Disneyland next week, and then see if I can buy something for myself.

Who am I kidding???? EMS for the Kothimoda.

I think you are correct except for the slightly lethal thing on the jewelry...that sounds as if you might catch a mild case of dead on the latter.....

NO DD yet. Fingers and toes crossed. It wouldn't be a bad thing if someone sharked it before me...save my arse.

I hear ya ndoghouse - im always sayin," it seemed like a good idea."

I got the long gone, but im that much closer to that eyeball pluckin Magnum

Hmmmm, i was thinking its always easier to ask forgiveness than permission, but even a mild case of dead sounds uncomfortable.

Great pieces, as always. I must ask this after seeing dozens, and dozens of DoD posts in the HI subforum but never asking...

How would it cost to ship any of these beauties to Spain, Europe? I always see the awesome price tag and I am about to send a PM with the classic "I'll take the ----- or the ------" but then I theink, heck, shipping these here must be at least $50.

Can anyone tell me please? I'd be really happy to be able to estimate shipping costs and then get my hands on my first HI Kukri.
Thanks for the answer!

At the Himalayan Imports "store" site, international shipping requires an extra $55 for airmail (or $70 for express).

I don't know if this directly applies to a DOTD, because the "store" site prices include shipping (to USA addresses), with an international shipping surcharge. Sounds like it's would be at least $55.

Yeah, that's what I thought. But since that FAQ about shipping costs is years old, I hoped things had changed a bit or something...
Pity!
Thanks anyway!

I would suggest sending an email to auntie, and I'm sure she can give you a close estimate.

You may need to give her an idea of blade your looking for, such as, OAL and weight, that way she can adjust the estimated Int'l shipping costs accordingly.

Good Luck!
