Could some please post pictures of the CQC7,Mini,and super side by side.I just received my mini in the mail and it's a little small for me maybe the regular CQC would better fit the bill.Would just like to see all three together.

I've owned all 3 at one time or another and I am just a nut for the 7 series. Have both currently in the a and b model and are perfect for me. I like the 14 I think of all the EKI's for handle ergo's though. keepem sharp

Here's the super and the standard:

I got the super first, and thought that the standard '7 would have the same blade thickness but less length. I recieved it and it felt like a toothpick in comparrison, the handle and blade felt half as wide as the Super did. I sent it back, and another Super 7 is on the way because I like it that much.

357-What year is that CQC-7? That knife looks different from other "7's".

They just don't have the wave I think is the only thing different. I have the Super 7, 7 and a mini. Like them all. The Super 7 though is very big. I have big hands and the Super 7 definetly is a handful even for me. The mini though is still comfortable. I have said it time and again but EKI's have the best handle ergo's bar none. keepem sharp

The CQC-7 has jimping on the handle. Is that standard now or custom work? I don't agree with Ernie's politics or his business practices but I love his knives! And that's all that matters.

The finger grooves are standard on the super 7 same as the HD.
+1 on Ernies politics, but business is business after all !

As much as I love my HD-7, I really miss my CQC-7. That knife just sticks in my mind. Well, my brother has it now. I guess that's a good thing.
