I had originally posted looking for someone to relocate the pocket clip on my Buck Strider folder, but got no responses. Now I'm looking to do the work myself, but I need to know what size drill and tap to buy for the clip screws. I removed the clip on the Buck, and screws from both Benchmade and Spyderco fit, so I'm assuming the size is somewhat standard. Are they 1-72? Will drilling and tapping the titanium liner present any problems? Any info on this will be greatly appreciated.

I'd say they're more likely to be #2-56.
Drilling and tapping shouldn't be too big a deal if your careful. I haven't used titanium, but from what I've heard its a good deal harder to tap than stainless or other stuff. You'll want to be real careful you don't break the tap off because trying to get them out isn't fun.
You'll want to use something to drill the holes with that will make them nice and straight (perpendicular to the liner) A drill press is good.
Depending on where the screws come through your going to have to clip them off and sand them flush on the inside of the liner. If this is any where on mating surfaces (around pivot, or back spacer) you'll really want to do that so that the knife fits back together right and doesn't have a burr or anything on the inside to make the action rough/bind or keep peices from laying together flat.
