SJ Tac question

You saw the one on ebay didn't you? I was curious about a numbered black crinkle coated SJT too.

I saw it too but it was removed... AFAIR it was not a Buy Now. Looks like the owner withdrew by some reason.

Hmm. Maybe he had second thoughts or he did some more research and had to change the description, which you can not do after bids are placed as I recall.

if its real, the only 2 things i could think of is that the person who bought it had it custom etched or made.

or, it was an LE that was coated on a custom request.

that being said, that number sure does look bright white in that picture. looks incredibly fake, but maybe its not.

I'd bid on it like a normal SJT and then if it is LE you'll be pleasantly surprised and if not, oh well it's still a great knife. Oh and it doesn't look like snakeskin in the picture and I asked him about it and he was like oh well then uh you can look on the busse website and see it and he never replied to the fact that I don't think there was an LE coated SJT...........

something about the brightness of the # etched on that blade looks fishy:confused:

i dont remember any of the standard models being offered in a numbered version..

and those scales look like black canvas to me,,defenitly not snakeskin like it is listed in the ebay description:confused:

I agree with beef, bid like it is a basic black/black SJT and forget about it being numbered. Someone may have requested their standard be etched with a number, but in my opinion, that doesn't make it worth any more than a basic SJT.
