Skeleton warden outline

Hello to all.
A friend of mine has offered to make a sheath for my skeleton warden, but I am not too keen in sending it halfway across the globe.
Because it is a simple flat shape, he thinks a scaled outline (1/1) and the thickness would be enough.
I can of course do that on a sheet of paper, but with no access to a scanner it would have to be by snail mail. Unless of course one of you already had that on file :D
It is probably a long shot, but I've been surprised before here :D;).

And my caliper said 5.1mm thickness. Can someone confirm what the "real" thickness is?

Many thanks in advance.

Li'l Foo's Warden chart has it at .200" thick... Both types, the black & the muddy.

Thanks guys, first part of the mission is a success (mine is black).

Now for this outlined shape... :D

A leather one. he calls it a pancake sheather, the rest is a surprise... I know it will be suitable for pocket carry and IWB.
Carrying is a bit of an issue on this side of the pond because we need "legitimate motive". Nuff said. But I am convinced this lil knife can be a great companion when I take the dogs in the woods.

Kydex will come as a 2nd sheath later, I am sure it will fit the SW very well.

Since it's leather, maybe you can cut an outline out of a piece of wood to the same dimensions/ thickness?? Ship him that instead. Just a thought. :)

For Kydex, I gotta throw a recommendation to ya... PiterM (BF.com name) in Poland makes great kydex sheaths. I wish he lived in the States!

Send the SW around the world for best results! PiterM also fabricated a cool takedown tool for the 'Zaan. Neato!

Jaxx that's a great idea. I'll get onto it tomorrow (my day off :D ).
The problems for sending actual knife to Malaysia:
1 Royal Mail
2 Local post
3 Customs on the way back. They charge you, and then it takes ages to prove that 1 you sent the knife from here in the first place and 2 that you already paid the tax when you bought it in the frist place.
1 & 2 can be solved with some sort of Fedex.
But dealing with HMCE is something I avoid, for the sake of both my sanity (or what's left of it), and my stomach ulcer.

And thank you very much for the tip about PiterM. will contact him soon.
