sorry to change the topic...but what are those screws called?? I'm gonna try and make my own slabs for my bk11 and i'm looking for just those type of screws but dont know what they are called.

I think the BK3 remains the only model in production with a non-skeletonized tang. I hadn't heard about it being changed yet. 1st Gen BK2's (easily recognized as those without the hammer pommel) also lack a skeletonized tang, but current models with the pommel (2nd gen) now have the cutouts.
