Skeletor is a BIG 18 today it seems. Good to have the youngens coming up.:D
Have a happy, happy Skeletor. You have wonderful opportunities ahead , many by just being on this forum, rubbing shoulders so to speak with the quality of people that frequent the Psycho Ward, otherwise known as the Cantina.
Can y'all imagine what we would know about all kinds of things, knives, if we had of had access to the internet when we was 18?   :D

Happy birthday, Skeletor! :)

Thanks everyone, first happy birthdays of the day. Looks like my parents will be helping me get a CMP Garand, I'm sure the wait will be worse than any kukri.

or, the journey....gives the destination its worth.

Happy Birthday...many, many, many more.

Happy Birth day! I remember when I was 18, got my drivers licence about 3 months after my B-day. and discovered girls about 6 months later. :D

Me share a b-day. Have a good one. You can now get drafted in the military and go see R-movies. And if you;re in britain, you can go have a pint!

Don't need to worry about the draft because I just enlisted. Went to MEPS and got a perfect ASVAB score. Was also lucky enough to get Security Forces as my MOS and got a 50,000 dollar college fund. Security Forces get to kick in the doors of terrorist homes and open up with M4s (semi-auto shotgun, pistol grip, collapsible stock, LONG magazine tube), MP-5Ns (9mm sub-machinegun, full auto, collapsible stock (look at Foxy's avatar)), and M9 pistols (9mm, wish they still used .45s). I should be heading out in Febuary.

Happy birthday!

Was going to say your plans sound crazy, then realized that was part of being 18.

:D :D :D :D :D

Skeletor, A friend who was in the reserves says the Army is like the Boy Scouts without the adult supervision. Sounds like you'll fit in. Good luck.
