Ok, I ached all week long from that first little march. Mostly in the shins, but I felt pretty good by this weekend, and now I've got much needed replacement tires under the Jeep, sooooo .... let's go back!!

First test of these Mickey Mouse boots.

Cold, wet, weather is not a problem, hiking in them is another story. Had a real good walk. I gained about 500 feet in elevation from the parking lot, and there is a LOT more trail where I turned back.
