Very nice, I like them all.

The only thing I'd do differant is put bolsters on at least one of them.

But they are very nice with out bolsters also.

The fact you are in Italy reminded me of my Benelli Tornado motorcycle I had in the late 70's. Thanks for posting your knives, The "Italian Flare" is a beautiful thing to behold.
