I am thinking about pulling the trigger on a ASH-1 at the Company Store.
Anyone have a good pic of the sage with black micarta scales?

I am having a very hard time picking the ASH or a BM.
Good deals on BMs right now but the skinny ASH at the store with sheath for 350.00.:thumbup:
 
About the same,I do not have any large Busses yet.
As tight as cash is right now I am looking for a big one while I have some cash.
What are the next biggest models going down from the BM?
 
This is the only thing I've got on my computer...I'll try to get a better pic later.

Smaller than a BM is an FSH then the HR's, Squatches, SFNO's, ASH's, etc. If you want a BM just get a BM.... but that deal on the skinny is nice and at that available price is a steal. I see your dilema. Honestly, I would take advantage of the skinny at that price unless I had to have that BM NOW! The BM's turn up often enough here and the prices have not risen too much in the last month or so. That way you can try a thinner stock and decide if it works well for you or not. If so trade up for a squatch or sell it and grab a BM.
 
Just saw a CGASH1 black-tan on the boards.
Trying to find a pic of one,if I can't I may go with the Skinny Ash.
