Hi Folks -

Recently I was the proud winner of a beautiful prize knife at the JK Gathering in Mokena.

My Bloody Mary mix was deemed the first place in the tasting contest, and so John awarded me with the very handy and ruggedly beautiful Nesmuk design in 1/16" 01 steel (one of my favorites).

I had been admiring the leather work of our own John Smith (darkmatter35), and so I asked John if he would make one of his sheaths for my new prize.

darkmatter35 said yes, and he got on the stick with this sheath, getting it done in just over two weeks!!

He sent me the sheath a couple of weeks ago and I have been remiss in posting some pictures.

Thanks Darkmatter, I REALLY love the sheath, it matches the knife wonderfully and also carries very well.

I love all of my knives, but this one and it's sheath will always have a special place for me.

Pictures of the sheath and knife.

Thanks again to Mr K for the great prize, which I am dubbing the sKinny-muK, and darkmatter35 for the most excellent matching custom sheath.
