Okay, so reviewing today, the Skinth OG model. I selected the following options:
MOLLE back with snap
HK clip on lower
Velcro Flap
Closed side tubes
Strangely enough, I also encountered in the wild another Skinth OG with a snap front, open tubes, and belt clip.

Thats it closed with my standard work load, which is:

As you can see, the Rebar falls right into the main compartment, and leaves lots of room.
Now to the words and stuff. Its a great sheath, the quality is very high, and given the level of customization available, I felt it is a good value.
The side pockets hold the style and the E05 very nicely. A single AA light will fit, sort of, but I found the E11 is too tall to fit under the velcro strap, but since its a straight tube, opening the bottom to fit it in might just drop it through the bottom. So a light with a flared head would work.
The front pockets are great, thats a mid size widgy, which fits just fine.
The MOLLE works well as intended and as a belt loop. I was thinking that I should have gotten the belt clip, but the one I saw was not thin enough to fit in a molle loop, so I'm kinda glad I didn't. The loops location means the sheath hangs quite low on the belt, so that might be annoying to some, but I would bet that can be fixed at ordering.
the HK clip on the bottom is a neat idea, but if I was to do it again wouldn't bother. its too tight to quickly put a keyring on too.
Now the sheath with the other multitools I have on hand,

As you can see the SOG sits up nicely in the sheath, and the Vic fills it nicely. With some squeezing the VIC and the standard wrench kit will fit, but its a tight fit, and you have to remove them both to get one, not ideal.
There is room to jam all kinds of other stuff in there, a Vic Huntsman and full size bic lighter will also fit.
When its loaded it can get a bit heavy, but its worth it for me to have everything at my fingertips.
