Skirmish versus mini skirmish!

You know what they say -- get both of them! :)

I like the idea of a big knife and a small knife in the same pattern. The big one works for heavy duty and the small one for dressier occasions, but you still have the same "feel" whichever you happen to carry.

It's a great knife in either size, but I found the small version is a good-sized knife itself, even in my hand, which isn't small.

Ahhh, this question sort of reminds me of my younger days when I fancied two sisters; the older taller one who was more down to earth and the younger cuter one who was more delicate and had more suitors. . . anyway, as the knife proverb goes GO GE "EM BOTH, because I DID (the sisters I mean, the knives hopefully will follow hehe)

Gotta agree, get 'em both! You won't be sorry.

The full-size Skirmish is a great knife, carries a lot better than you'd think, built like a freakin' tank, but the sight of that big 4+" hunk of S30V clanking into place, can cause sheeple stampedes. :D

The Mini-Skirmish is smaller, but far from small, with a blade of similar size to a full-size Griptilian, or Appartition, or Spyderco Persian (just to name three sitting next to it in my EDC drawer). It's definitely more discreet, though, and perfect for carry at work or anywhere else.

I gotta admit, if the Mini Skirmish had been out before the Skirmish, I wouldn't have gotten the big one. The Mini is just about perfect!

I have both, but I think the full size is the ONE. Ergos is great, beautiful knife, great balance. And I surely like the the way it scares the sheeple :D .
The small one really doesn't feel "right". At least for me.
