I know that Busse typically does not release production numbers on the various models, but I wonder if Skunk would be able to say something about relative numbers?

Were there significantly less Satin/Black G10 sold relative to the other GWs? I had thought that the Greenies were the scarcest, maybe followed by SMOGs?

green linen is the scarcest by far, as busse's running low on it. jerry wanted to make sure there was enough to cover all the fbm's in production until he has some more made up to his specs.

Does anyone have a good photo of a green linen GW?

Next to a red warden for comparison...

I would guess no, it only seems that way as i have all of them, I will leak out about 10 (total) over the next few months, but plan on keeping 21 of them (thats my lucky number).

Thanks merc. The green is nice, but man, the red is HAWT. I am really liking the G10 .14's. Busses that cut... what a concept. Maybe they'll even find their way down to .10. :D

My wild a$$ guess from least to most:

Green
Snake LE
Red
Tiger
Fried Green
Tan
Black G-10
Serrated Smog
SMOG
Yellow
Black Micarta
Orange
Muddy Skeleton
Black Skeleton
-------------------

My favorite is the LE and then the Black Micarta with oil.

you think there were lots of mud skeletons around... i doubt it.. most muds are in few numbers- I have not seen one pop up or around other than a few of mine.. i would guess them failry rare..

I only say that based on the day they sold. They were there for a long time. I remember checking my cart out and then still had time to go back for more if I wanted them.

So how I listed them isn't just the gross numbers but also my perceived demand. For example say there was one with a green blade and blue G-10 slabs and lets say it was a very ungly knife. Even if there were only 100 made they would still be easy to get, say vs. a Snake LE.
