Skunk comes through again! (Lep warden arrived)

Just thought I'd throw a couple pics up of my new Lep Warden that just arrived. I wasn't sure I'd like the drab coating because I thought it would be really green. Well, I was wrong. :D It's darker than some of the pictures around here make it look. The handle is thicker than my Fire Warden too. Me likey. The micarta just has a different feel than the G-10. I think it might replace the Fire Warden as my EDC.

I also picked up the "No Regrets" dog tag,.. well, because NO REGRETS! If my girlfriend found out how much I've spent on Busses recently, I'd be in the dog house. :eek:

Think I may try and nab all the dog tags just to have them.

Sweet, thanks for sharing! Micarta is certainly my favorite. It's so grippy, and it looks great too.
 
I like it alot. Don't know why I like it more than my FW, but it "feels" better if that makes sense. Definately heavier. It may just be that the G-10 doesn't feel the same as micarta. I'll find out soon enough. I have some linen micarta slabs on the way to swap on the FW. :D

Wow, nice knife!! I was set on the Tiger Warden, until this pic. Now I'm not so sure. I also want a couple Anni SH1's, another Microtech OTF, and three Shun kitchen knives with a magnetic strip. Where does this addiction end? Foreclosure? I bought my GF a blue mini Microtech, so maybe she will buy me a Warden. She already agreed to buy me a new knife when she gets her new job.:D
 
I wanted a tiger too. Missed out from the store though.

Where does the addiction end?... No where in sight as far as I know. I've always loved knifes, but after picking up my first Busse, I haven't stopped! I'm averageing about 1 a week to every 2 weeks for the last month and a half!!

Good stuff though. So glad I finally bought a Busse. Can't see myself purchasing many other knives from different manufacturers. I'm Dan and I'm a Busse-oholic!
 
I received my Lep last week. That combo is really nice. I'm a big-time green blade fan, so this GW was a necessity. Just about perfect.
 
This color combo looked way better than I thought it would when I got mine, supprised me a bit, didn't think it would look so awesome.

Should have known, I love OD green blades.

That's why I held off. Wasn't too sure about how it would look, but glad I snagged one.:thumbup:

I say hold out for a tiger...you won't regret it!! (or get a lep to hold you over until you get a tiger) :thumbup: :thumbup:

Actually, the camera is pretty new. (2 weeks or so) Still trying to figure out all the different settings.

wow! nice pics, i think the color is great for a hunter/edc i'm really fond of the sage color too, it is exactly the same color as the idaho sagebrush:thumbup:
 
Thanks Skunk! I just went back to the store a few minutes ago, and the sage is gone. My wallet lives another day! :D
 
It's already been to the store. Secondary market is the only way to get one now I think, unless Skunk comes up with a couple extras.
