After reading the title i was almost to afraid to open the thread, :eek: after reading steelnuts post i had to stab myself with my cultellus....you know to make sure i was awake and not in some Godawful nightmare...now i am off to cut out my minds eye....it burns..it burns!

LMAO! I think Lewis Carroll (hey, if someone else can quote Adrienne Rich, I sure as hell can reference Lewis Carroll) called those portmanteau words.

Some years ago I was seeing this shrink for a while after some trauma in my life, and I use to ride my bike to the appointments. One day I zoned out on the Golden Gate Bridge and actually ran into the south tower hard enough to cut my hand. The tower must be at least a 20 foot thick steel structure so it was pretty stupid.


So I was joking about how dumb that was and she tried to say that maybe I had done that on purpose. I told her something like if she actually believed that she need help more than I did.
